Mary Zuvela

Mary Zuvela trained with the Body Control Pilates® Association in London with Lynne Robinson in 2002/2003. Mary is certified to teach Pilates Matwork classes including Pre and Post Natal Matwork. Mary is also certified to teach clients on the Pilates Reformer Machine, which is available through Private Tuition only at her Studio in Kurwongbah (near Petrie).

Mary belongs to the Body Control Pilates® Association or BCPA, an Association encompassing Pilates Instructors worldwide. All BCPA members work under a Code of Practice governing professional ethics, continuing education, teaching standands and class sizes. .

Maureen Warburton

Maureen Warburton trained with Polestar Pilates International in 2010/2011. Maureen is certified to teach Pilates matwork classes including Pre and Post Natal Matwork.
